Shipping&Returns
Where do you ship?
We strive to meet your expectations and ship packages from multiple countries. We primarily serve the European Union, and also ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and Taiwan. Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping, but we encourage you to contact us or check our network of retailers.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country. A complete price list can be found in the "Shipping" section of our website. Additionally, when you place an order and enter your address, the shipping cost will automatically be displayed.
How long do I have to wait for my shipment?
Delivery time 7-21 days.
The delivery time includes product production + shipping + delivery.
Delivery time depends on the country of destination, number of orders and stock levels.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Should you not receive any shipping details from us, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We will ensure you receive all the relevant information to keep you informed about your order's status.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you wish to cancel your order or if you ordered the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected], providing your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it upon delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds&Issues
How can I return the product?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If the product does not meet your expectations or you have other reasons for dissatisfaction, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

I've received a damaged product
We are sorry to learn that you received a damaged product. We care about your complete satisfaction, so please send us photos of the damage at [email protected]. Our team will thoroughly investigate the matter, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or a refund
Can I exchange the product?
We currently do not support direct exchanges of products. To exchange an item, you must first return it and then place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the refund amount may be reduced by any applicable shipping fees.

What materials are the products made of?
Our products are made from eco-friendly plywood that is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC).
Where are the furniture pieces manufactured?
Our furniture is crafted in a local workshop within the European Union, made individually to order for each customer.
Is assembly difficult?
No, the assembly is easy. You will receive clear and understandable assembly instructions from us.
