Shipping & Returns
HINGI furniture is delivered by only the most reputable delivery companies, directly to your door. Our goal is to provide you with a first-class service. Depending on the delivery address and size of your order, we'll choose the most efficient courier.
Shipping time varies based on several factors, including our factory's product capacity and stock level. There are times that we have furniture on hand and can ship within 1-2 working days, there are also times that we are awaiting for delivery from our manufacturer and than we ship in around 3-4 weeks. We are very happy to offer shipping worldwide. In 99% of cases we use Fedex to ship the furniture.
We’re sure you’ll love your HINGI product, but if for any reason you’re not happy we give you 100 days from delivery to return it - with free shipping within the EU! To make a return, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call at +48 728 255 559. We’ll arrange the pickup. Then, once your package reaches us we’ll refund you fully within 14 days. You'll get a correction invoice, and after you accept it the refund will be made via bank transfer. Please note that the right to return within 100 days is waived when additional shipping fees are required. However free replacements in the case of production or delivery damage are included.
If you believe your HINGI purchase is incomplete or defective, you can easily get it repaired or replaced by emailing us at email@example.com. We will contact you within 14 days and let you know if we can fix or replace your product.
